my 3rd week in nus is over in a flash... lectures and tutorials alike, over in a flash.. till now i'm slightly behind my schedule but i hope i will be able to gain some lost ground over the weekend... managed to know a few more pple this week... i'm quite happy with that.... yah...

i think this will not be too hectic a semester for me.... cos i'll be taking only 4 modules... my appeal failed to get me my elective.. so yah... ultra empty timetable for sem 1... hope this gets me into the tempo of uni studying...

today's a good day... had breakfast with yanli before coming to school.. took bus to harbourfront there to change bus to school.. quite fast considering it's peak hrs... at least it's under 1 hr to reach sheares... no bad lar... better than squeezing the dum mrt and 96...

attended my first physics lecture since the beginning of school... yeahs!! but the problems is... in 3 weeks the lecturer already reach lecture 7 liaozZ.. kaozZ!! u mean i missed so much?? die lohzZ.... suddenly like go so much work piling up...

got physics tut & online tut, maths tut, mechanics web & ib tuts, critical thinking homework and assignment... kaozZ... mountains are made of mole hills.. and it was a mole hill just yesterday... must clear the molehill!!

oh yah... since i said today's not a bad day... this is the main reason why... i got to know much more pple today... quite a few in my Critical thinking class... and i think most of us are bemused by the tutor... she's like in a world of her own... her type of reasoning just doesnt make sense... so yah.. common ground among the class...

went for IVP vball training... mostly yr 1s... only a few seniors came down... apparently there's still no coach... yah... gotta know quite a feww ppl there too.. and there was this swedish guy... real tall... and very skilful.. his name quite hard to pronounce though... it sounded something like "orp kern" yah.. but he is good...

1st day of my 3rd week in NUS... tutorials start loh... stayed up last nite to finish my maths tutorials... i'm not too out of touch lar.. still can do.. but quite slowly i guess... at least can finish lar... 2 lessons in school today only... maths tut... den mechanics lecture... my maths tutor is a china-man... cant stand him... if my class no non-chinese, i really wished he spoke in chinese instead... forgot to bring my notes for my mechanics lecture.. so i had to listen and remember everything... practically cramming and cramming info into my head.. den after lecture rush back to my room to translate everything into my notes... filling in the blanks... din really manage to remember much... i get the basic concept.. but dun really know how to go about doing it... die!! mechanics used to be only 2D in jc... now.. it's 3D and things just got SO much more complicated!! kaozZ!!

just imagine this... 2 forces act on the x & y plane respectively.. den how to find resultant moment by the 2 forces abt that point??

ans: the resultant moment is in the direction of the z-plane and the magnitude of it is the vector product of the 2 forced.. kaoZZ!! u understand?? i dun even know wat i'm talking abt....

quite an eventful day today... went to school for IBG vball... we din get into the finals... why?? cos we met block E in the group stage... and there was no semi finals... straight to finals... such a dum way to play the game... sianzZ... rained halfway thru the games... but it stopped after a while.. den we carried on... well.. we din get into finals lar... that's final... not a bad start for my first involvement in hall activity... well that may be the last too.. haha... i'm so SO so anti-social...

went bowling after vball with my airforce pple... not bad... played 4 games... even manage a high score of 160 on my last game... yah.. not bad lar... just that not many ppl went... only a few of us... but i still had fun... cos havent bowled for a long long time... really makes me wanna get my own bowling ball... now... save $$...

well.. i'm finally back in my hall... check out quite a bit of my stuff.... sort out my future lesson plan... and send in an appeal for my 5th module.. wonder if my england can make it or not.. haizZ.. seriously not confident... ahaha..

today marks the end of TJC Almuni's Open Cup Campaign in 2005... well.. it's a first attempt and i say it's a good one... we are newbies to the open game... and we have concluded there will be many more attempts in the future... best thing is not winning.. losing's not the worst either... there's only one thing that i'm interested in... that's to have a team... a team that plays together... a team comprises of a lot... and i have to say.. we still have leagues to go before really becoming a team...

just got back home from supper... went simpang bedok for supper with yanli... ate nasi goreng... nice nice.. maybe cos i was hungry.. we went to 7-11 to buy drinks.. den we had an encounter with the OTHER SIDE... as i was taking the drinks from the cooler... i felt a presense... i looked down the shelf... and saw a black hand... tapping it's fingers on the cans just below my hand... i stared at them for awhile and nudged yanli to see.. she jumped.. and we slammed the door in... while we burst out in laughter... hahaa... after a while the indian shop assistant came out and said," u 2 not bad ar.. not scared.. i scared 3 customers until they scream already" wah kaozZ.. that was like super irritating lar... next time we see anything liddat again... we will just take the cans and smash the hands!! we dun like black hands.. haha...

oh yah.. i'm home again... Y?? cos tml no classes!!! yeah.. tutorial and lab haven start... so tml free!!!!

not a bad day in school today... got to know 2 new people... just got names that's all... haha.. and i dun really remember them now.. jialat... realised that i dun only know my vice-block head... i know the block head too... k.. let me go down the list... my block head is junming's roommate in AFS.. so i know him... den vice block head is my OGA in tj... so i know him... my level head is my 12/00 classmate.. haha... small small world...

bought my textbook for physics... most expensive and thickest book i ever bought... looks just like a telephone book just that it has hard cover... it cost me $45 for that.. den bought another workbook... $15.. kaozZ... $60 gone liddat... went for Critical Thinking tutorial.. i find the tutor boring.. and seriously uninteresting... sianzZ... 2 hr tut... really wanna sleep... give so much homework somemore.. kaozZ!!

later going to play badminton at tampines... sport hall... hehee.. some competition among auditing firms... james say not enough ppl so ask me to play... for fun only lar.. haha..

lost the last vball match again... lost to singapore schools... i still think we din play well...we won the first set.. lost the next 3.. replica of the match against SHS.. in fact... singapore schools were mainly SHS.. sianzZ... i got to play for some of it as usual... yanli asked me something.. she asked why fung always puts me in at the final few points of every set.. i told her... well i was suppose to be the match saver... but it's always by the time i go it.. i dont even get to touch the ball and the set is over.. duhzZ.. my leg was feeling alrite for the game.. until i dived and landed in the wrong position again... jialat... think gotta brush up my diving technique... wrong landing... hahaa...

i'm now slacking on my bed in hostel... everything seems fine for now... coms working.. i got my laser jet in... roughly know wat lessons i'll be having today... have tml all planned out... yah.. feeling ok.. need some sleep den off i go...

my back to my desktop again... my laptop has given up on me again.. and i just gave up on it.. it's now being reformated... i hope everything will be fine after that.. that's so so so frustrating... yah... den my desktop is like so saturate with programs it's running so slowly.. but somehow it's still able to surf... haizZ... so unfair...

reflections... i chose to repeat my 2nd yr in tj.. till now i still think i made a wise decision, my grades made great improvement.. spend extra time in NS hoping i'll get the contract... that is the biggest defeat for me til now... lost a lot time.. confidence... i took a year off my enrolment into UNI... i think that was a bad decision too... now... where am i? i'm now at a point where i know almost no one in my cohort... my age pple are in 3 rd yr... my jc batach are in 2nd y... while i just entered... dunno who to turn to when i have queries... i despise myself....

played against volleysport today... they are good... while we suck... i duno lar.. with junlong and robin in the team... we still dun seem good at all... i was on the bench for most of the game... i was just shaking my head... shaking my head... cant understand how we could play so poorly... with this lost.. we are confirmed out of the competition liaozZ... just hope they will play better in our remaining matches...

i'm home again... and my laptop is working!! cheers!! got alot of anti-virus/spyware/worm devices on standby liaozZ... hahaa... conclusion... the culprit is a virus call trojan.lowzone... ppl.. beware... windows service pack 2 and a firewall is all u need to stop it from causing trouble... well.. alls well now...

saw my TJ senior who put me into block B... he's now in NIE becoming a chinese teacher... went to meet yanli for dinner at harbour front... when i was leaving i took the lift down... but the lift was going up.. den there was someone else with me in the lift... whom i think looked familiar... den he ask me if i was going for dinner.. i said i was going out.. den i ask him was sch was he from previously... den he told me NJ, den continued saying he only played vball in yr 1... den i was like... do u know me?? so i asked him... he said.. u are kelun lor.. very popular mahzZ... den i was like.. har?? i din even know i was popular... maybe notorious for skipping all the orientation and stuff... haha... den someone came in when he left... den this guy was like.. eehh kelun u not going for dinner ar?? den i was like.. har?? u also know me?? but i know no one!! scary leh... hahaa...

finally bid for my non-core module for this sem.. i think i shld be able to get it... chose it together with yanli... we looked thru alot of modules... finally found one that doesnt clash exam or lectures... phew... really headache... gonna do some basic computer programming... think it shld be fun.. hehee...

NUS bidding system for modules gives us alot of choices and a lot of possibilities... but it'a really a headache... NTU one is so much simpler... even the online learning facility is easier to use... in NUS... u can enter ur username password like ten times... once for logging on... den VPN.. den intranet... den CORS... den NUS space... den email... and the list goes on... kaozZ.... waste time!!! so many windows... my com will hang!!

yesterday i was late for vball.. very late... cos i over slept... den went to tj for training... match for the singapore open will begin on tuesday nite... very fast... dunno if can advance to the next round or not...

today's the day which i held the UnAmazing Race for 06/99... i wouldnt really call it a success, but nothing much screwed up lor... so i consider it okay... except for some small gliches here and there... hahaa.. but overall it's fine..

went to NUS to do my matriculation... the matriculation fair was quite a drag... the queue was intimidatingly long... queued for almost 2 hrs before going into the hall... till now i still dunno anyone in my faculty.. other den guoping... i wonder if i'll get to know ppl once classes start.... so yah matriculation... i finally got my student card... card look damn ugly... white white one... the photo also looked very toot... but i was prepared for that... i sent in the photo wat...

suppose to look around at the CCAs in NUS... volleyball is such a closed sport... no booths no promotion.. nothing... it's liddat all along... it's always been the case... frens drag other frens... a very closed circle, an insider's game... anyway... i really wanted to join some CCA.. but no company leh... dun wanna go alone... super sianzZ....

went for quiksilver beach volleyball today... quite bad lor... won 3 lost 3.... shld have won all lar... our group very easy... no sign of the heavy cannons in our group at all.. quite heng in that sense but played quite poorly today... but our team quite balanced... got esther as pro-server, eileen as pro-diver, shengli as pro-spiker den me at setter... not too pro lar.. think i made the most mistakes today... the weather is also a factor in today's games... kept raining... but that din relaly dampen our mood lar... the gals had fun kapo-ing the nivea freebies... only poor yanli, who was kindda bored and had nothing much to do... but she was nice enough to pei me all the way...

had dinner at Waraku... a Japanese restaurant at marina.... went to the main one at starhub centre before.. the food not bad... VERY VERY BIG PORTION... eat till u vomit also can.. haha...

today i brought the CPU of the com i took from yanli's naima's grand-daughter (ah ger)... to silie's house... he is our computer doctor.. hahaa... got any problems just go to him... hahaa... yah anyway... that comp really quite hopeless... see he got wat spare part to donate to it den we going to give it to someone less fortunate... yah... it's yanli's sister's colleague... very poor den having some family problem also... now study poly but still cannot afford computer... yah... that's the story lar... but still dunno if we can get the com up and running not yet... it's now hospitalised at silie's place.. hahaa...

i'll be checking into Sheares hall on thurs.. but i still dunno what to bring in... hahaaa... haven decide... maybe see the room first den decide what i need...

yesterday is a super suay day lar... first when great world city to watch sin city but dear never bring IC cannot watch... so brought her home to take den go catch the 12mdnite show at cineleisure, but by the time we reach there, they say sold out... monday also can sold out... ridiculous...

still haven go marina square to validate my qns for unamazing race... haven book bbq pit... so many things haven done...

school's gonna start soon?? shld i stay in hall?? shld i go for the camp?? i have so many things to do... aarrgghhh... but i dunno where to start....

infuriating!!!

i'm finally back in front of my laptop... only got back friday nite... and i just woke up... yesterday was so so tired... anyway.. did anyone miss me while i'm away?? hehee.. nah.. i dun think so... the one who will miss me, is with me in bangkok.. hehee..

let's recap -

day 1 - reached bangkok close to noon.. took tiger airways... not bad lar... nothing much to comment or pick on.. cos there was no service.. hahaa.. for the price we are paying.. i'm fine with it.. bangkok was raining.. heavily... we took a bus to our hotel area... after some bumming around... we manages to find our hotel, but there was only 1 problem... the road a flooded, seriously water-logged to the calf... so yah.. my shoes got soaked... i forgot to bring slippers, yanli's better off, she has slippers... we stayed in this hotel call baiyoke suite, and our room was at 41st storey.. never stay so high before... and for S$80 we got a super huge room, check out the pictures... yah.. the room not bad lor... quite shuang... but it does look alittle old, a little retro.. haha.. we walked to MBK to look for food and shop around... the 1st day was not very good, i was feeling rather sick after awhile... den din feel like shopping anymore... first day actually quite wasted... could have done alot more....

day 2 - woke up early in the morning for the buffet breakfast, i think we were the first few.. the breakfast not bad.. full international breakfast... unlike the last one when i came with vball team... breakfast cannot compare.. hahaa... scrambled eggs, half-boiled eggs, omelette, sunny-side ups, bacon, sausages, vege, chicken, fried rice, fried noodled, french toast, pancakes, cereal, salad bar, many diff bread... lots of stuff lar.. ate like mad... hahaa... look at the photos and u'll know.. hahaa.. after the heavy breakfast, we went to take the LRT to the jetty to take boat to the grand palace... the last time din go into the grand palace cos gotta pay... so now go... still gotta pay lar, but we not as stingy as fung... hehee.. the palace pretty big.. took quite a few photos there and the emerald buddha temple.. we followed closely to tour groups so can listen to their description for free.. hahaa.. some of these tour guides really animated... a lot of stories.. hahaa.. can be script writer.. cos a lot is fake one.. hahaa.. but the auntie/uncle tour grps will never suspect anything.. hahaa... after that we took boat back to the LRT jetty and shopped in the area nearby, not bad... but din buy much a few tshirts... we ate macdonalds for lunch.. and yanli ate happy meal cos they were giving away heffalump figurines.. hahaa.. fast food in bangkok is very very cheap... so suppose to go to the patpong nite market that nite but i dead beat after the whole day of shopping.. so instead we walked around the nite stalls near our hotel... we managed to buy some stuff and sunglasses for ourselves and eileen too.. hehee.. i bought a pair of nerdy ones.. hahaa..

day 3 - we gotta make full use of our last day and do as much shopping as we could.. haha.. so we started shopping around our hotel since morning... cos we are situated in the fashion wholesale district.. so actually have a lot of variety of clothing to choose from.. but the only problem was sizes.. cant really fine sizes to fit either of us.. hahaa... but still bought a few pieces here and there lar... checked out at noon.. den took our bag and carry on shopping... went to the computer center and it looks exactly like simlim square.. hahaa... freaking resemblance... we ate A&W for fun... cos very long never eat... root beer float and waffles.. yummy... the electronics in bangkok actually not very cheap... almost same as singapore... buy electronics go taiwan... buy clothes come thailand... hahaa... it rained while we were at the IT mall... and we had to take a cab to MBK... we met this SG couple and we shared a cab with them to MBK... feels like a female dominant pair.. the guys talks alot.. while the gal just stare at him for talking to much.. hahaa... afterall the last minute hassle at MBK we finally had to leave.. so we went to the super long taxi queue to hitch a cab to the airport... when we finally got on, guess wat the taxi diver said... 400 bht to airport... i was like... wat rubbish... we were willing to give him up to 300 but he din give in so we got off... but by then we were already out of the queue already running late... but luckily we flagged a cab from the middle of the road... and we still got to the airport in time... the jam as rather horrendous though... i still paid $300 lar... i over paid him... cos this one was nice...

hahaa...so back back to singapore.... bought perfume at the duty free again... my display cabinet is getting full haha... went 85 market to eat with mum and yanli... by the time reach home almost 2am liaozZ...

den yesterday 7am i was up... mum send me to tj for vball.. i was too early so i went to the hawker opposite to eat breakfast... ate pork porridge with you tiao.. haha... yummy yummy.. hahaa... vball was okay today... i wasnt really mobile and kept receiving ball with only one hand.. think got 2 reason.. 1- my reaction too slow... 2- i too lazy.. haha... gotta improve...

after vball ball i went home to get car... den went to esther hse... helped her moved her stuff to hall 6... i simply daze around at ther room while she goes around cleaning EVERYTHING... can understand her excitement.. hahaa... it wun stay neat and tidy for long anyway.. rite mei?? hahaa.... first time i see a room other den yanli's hall 13 room... esther's room is much bigger.. but also much older... pros and cons lar.. but i prefer hall 13.. hahaa...

in the evening i met up with my 4E gang... tenghui's father regularity at striking 4d/toto simply astounds me.. yah.. he is giving a treat to everyone... why?? cos he is the son of a 4d winner... i guess his father won quite big this time... so so impressed... he must have lead a very hard previous life or done a great great amount of good deeds... unimaginable... hahaa.... they actually went to play pool after dinner, but i was too tired... i sent silie and fuliang to the pool centre while me and yanli came home...

going to play bball later... hahaa.. tired.... hahaa..

hey.. i'm using the free internet in the airport... hahaa... like so suagu liddat... cos never use before.. everytime go holiday in groups den gotta rush... but now can take my time.. hahaa.. so shiok... time to go for shopping... and 1st stop.. singapore changi airport... hehee... seeya guys in 2 days...

today.... slept at home the whole day... contractor came to work on my sink.. but i was still sleeping.. hahaa... din know he came... hahaa... ate a super sumptous breakfast this morning.. den sleep whole day.. only woke up at nite... after mum came home.. den i drove out to buy dinner and go change thai baht... now i have 10k.. with me.. hehee.. baht... hehee... haven pack yet... hahaa...

stayed at home today... my initial plan was to go to marina square... carry out my planning for my UnAmazing Race.. but as usual i was just too lazy... but the good thing is i actually did something... i din sleep at home the whole day... i went to report my leaking kitchen sink and faulty phonelines to my trusty condo management... i'm quite surprise the gal there actually recognises which unit i'm from... hahaa... she's quite cute anyway.. haha.. but i think she's beyond my age ba.. haha.. i also SMS'd many of my 06/99 ppl who haven got back to me for the attendance of the UnAmazing Race.. irritating... still dun wanna reply... hahaa..

the whole istana thing was okay... wasnt really feeling nervous or excited cos i was there before... but i was desperately trying to find some familiar faces, so that i wun be the only one without company... very sianzZ one... luckily i found a few pple that i knew.. even my ex boss was there... so not too bad... got pple to talk to... reached there around 445pm.. having the event in the istana itself cos raining, if not will be in the garden... anyway.. uncle nathan only came around 6pm... den went around shaking hands and small talk... but he really goes all the way to shake everyone's hands... same attitude as the last time i came.. he is a good guy... took photo with him somemore... but dun think i'll get see the photos.. haha.. whole event ended around 720pm...

went bedok to meet yanli.. yes!! she's back.. haha...

why is today like the most uncomfortable day of my life? i woke up after 3 hrs of sleep, looking worst den a panda. i looked like a koala with those tired looking sagging eyes... anyway.. i woke up on the intention of going for basketball... but i cant bring myself to go out sweat it out.. come back super shagged den go for the istana thingy... now i really regret agreeing to go for the event, other den seeing the president i dun find it at all attracting.. sianzZ... i've been spending the past few hrs.. zombie-ing around... watched tv.. but nothing interesting... vacuumed the whole house... sent email... tried to msg esther see if she can entertain me.. haha.. but she just came back from chalet... so shall not torture her with my boredom... den no one online also... so sianzZ.....

maybe it's because yanli's not around.. she went to a kelong with her post-grad cse... yah.. without her around to pei me... i feel so lonely and so bored... it would be fine if there's others around... but it these kind of a time that makes her so so invaluable.. hehee..

went to tj early in the morning.. mummy drove me there while she goes east coast for her weekly walking exercise... hahaa... she actually has a walking gang.. diaozZ... anyway... i was there rather early but there's already this bunch of OAC ppl starting their training... hahaa.. simply a joke.. like army liddat... shout and scold... this is what i call bo liaozZ... u wanna be regimental wanna be fierce.. go to the army... in the real world u gotta be nicer... training is training but there's no need for ridiculous torture... but den again... training is all about discipline...

today's training turnout actually quite disappointing... only 8 of us... quite a few already told me they cannot come... so i have no one to blame... and it's outdoor... it's unlikely those not in the team would come help out in the scorching sun... anyway.. the sun is really hot lar... energy sapping is the word.. really shagged out after an hr or so... cant last long at all... motivation drop.. performance drop... k lar... next time hot sun we'll just do PT... talking abt discipline, one has to lead by example... but how do u lead when u cant do it? not convincing and no one will wanna follow... disappointed in myself... my knee was giving way today... had some trouble after the spiking session... quite painful... we started around 8 den 10plus end liaozZ... too hot lar....

got soccer match going on den we were watching... there was a fight!! din really know wat was going on.. but yah there was a fight... hahaa... the ref super cool... this is the first time i see a ref standing in the middle of the field all the time yet can give all the fouls and offsides and the outs... how the hell can he see?? hahaa... referee KELONG!! hahaha... but among everyone on the field the referee looks most pro.. haha.. so dum...

all of us went parkway for lunch.. ate at the hawker centre... ate chicken rice again.. hahaa... talk abit.. den all left liaozz.. quite boring lar... came home to sleep after collecting the book keli ask me to help her photocopy yesterday... was seriously tired.. slept for like half an hr den yanli's naima's granddaughter called, she just bought a new comp but dunno how to connect to the internet, she called yesterday liaozZ but very late liaozZ so i asked her to try out the steps in the manual and see can work not.. cannot den call me today... so yah she called... so i drove down to tampines to fix the problem.. simple problem... 15min gao dim... but i super drowsy liaozZ...

when i reached home i really fell on my bed... but my mum kept bugging me.. cos today got singtel ppl coming to look at out phonelines.. seem to have some problem... den she keep asking me to handle when she's the one who has the problem not me... my line is fine.. hahaa... anyway.. i know i have to handle lar.. cos when it comes to technical stuff.. she's in a world of her own... sure a lot of rubbish come out and still dunno wat's the problem... hahaa.. that's my mum... haha...

so i walked around with the technician trying to figure out wat the problem... we conclude that my sister and my lines are fine... but my mum's one ans the one in the hall is faulty.. so the main phone line is actually fine.. but the wiring in the house has something wrong... so gotta call our contractor to come see see... and last nite our kitchen sink leaking again... this house seems to be full of problems... sianzZ...

i immediately pounced on my bed once the contractor left... and tried to grab some sleep... feeling even more tired after talking to the contractor and explaining the faults to my mum...haizZ.. tiring.. slept all the way till 9plus 10 den woke up for dinner.. if my mum din wake me for dinner i would continue sleeping till midnite or maybe the next day... but she woke me up!! so i ate lar.. den came online.. chatted awhile till kaiyu ask me to go out for supper... with tth ans silie... so yah joined them for supper and talked a little abt fantastic 4 cos they just watched... and yes kaiyu like jessica alba too.. haha.. simply love her.. hahaa.. she is so stylo... haha...

went to jackson to eat.. ordered a stingray to share... very fast finish.. think everyone actually hungry.. haha.. went to tenghui's place after that cos he just came back from europe so got souvenirs for us.. he got some miniture wine bottles... dunno izzit wine or some other drink lar... it's from germany i think.. haha... so yah.. more stuff for my display cabinet...

now i feel quite awake... dun think i'm going to sleep cos later going to play basketball at bedok... so dun bother to sleep.. sleep liaozZ sure cannot wake up one.. so yah... stay awake ba.. but in the evening gotto go instana and chat with the president... haha.. i'm gonna zombie infront of him.. hahaa...

today started at 6pm again.. haha.. yah... my day and nite is now haywired!! woke up washed up and went out... suppose to go katong to do some photocopying for keli... yanli came to meet me on the way.. so we went katong together... one whole book to photocopy so tml den collect... after that went to the roland restaurant at parkway there... it's above the multistorey carpark one... the food there is supposed to be very nice... and the chef very famous... one of singapore's 4 top chefs... but only after dinner den realise that chef no longer works there.. he handed over to his god-son liaozZ... anyway.. i was there with yanli's 4 elder sisters and 1 bro-in-law... a pretty nice bunch of people... hungry ppl... food was not bad...

after dinner came home with yanli.. cause we going to watch fantastic 4 with my family... hehee.. i like the show... quite nite... and i simply love jessica alba... she is so so so attractive... like her for years liaozZ.. she's one yr older den me... so can say she grew up with me on tv?? hahaa... anyway... it's a nice show lar.. haha... jessica alba's even nicer.. whaha...

din go anywhere today... sleep whole day... waking up once in a while... but 99% in bed... din want to get up actually but mummy dragged me up to eat dinner.. haha... ate pasta.. my sis cook... din eat much... not that it's not nice lar... just that it was too cheezy until got a bit stinky.. hahaa... yah...

watched superstar... yesh!! the blackie is out... just dun like her at all... quite diappointed that F2 is out lar.. must be my fault.. cos i never vote... but i seriously think she chose the wrong song today... i expected the judges to comment on her song choice... i was surprised at the score... but even more surprise in the lack of votes.... hehee... quite surprise M3 is out too... tot he would be cute enough to gain lots of female voters... nvm still got revival round... they shld get thru.... just left out the black black one can liaozZ... hehee...

driving around alot today... morning drove mum to work... den drove home to change... took the registrations forms and went down to tj... gave fung the forms to fill in some details and get the $120 reg fees from him... but he having lessons so i just pass him the form.. later den go collect from him.. so meanwhile i pick yanli up and sent her to work... den went home to sleep for awhile...

went back to tj at around lunchtime got the form and the money.. den waited for eileen and co for lunch... chatted for awhile before going to down to VAS... peichun got much bigger den the last time i saw it... it's like 3 times the original size... but i dun see volleyballs everywhere anymore.. seems like more evenly distributed with other sports liaozZ... currently there's only 6 teams who submitted their application, tml's the deadline liaozZ... but can still submit until 22jul just that they gotta pay xtra $60... hmm... so still dunno how many teams to expect... 23 jul will have a briefing from VAS...

after that i went home to sleep again.. hahaa... den left around 630pm to meet kelly and esther to go watch initial D... went to buy burger king to smuggle into the cinema... the BK blacked-out the moment we collected our food.. haha... dun think we did anything wrong ba... only bought food for me and kelly, esther already eaten... den scurried in the dark cinema to sort out our food... quite comical actually....

it's quite a nice show.. and i think jay chou did quite a good job... the role suits his style... think all the roles are nicely chosen... the actors image really enhance the credibility of the show, they fit the characters nicely... think edison is like super charismatic in the show lar, think he just doubled his fan-base... hahhaaa.. so jealous.. haha... well.. wat to do? i'm not shuai.. haha... as for the driving, i think it's really stylo lar... i now have the urge to increase speed at every bend... do a little "piao yi"... awww... but too bad my car is auto... hahaaa..

oh yah.. my NCAP level 1 cert is finally here... a puny A5 size cert.. haha... time to register for my theory cse.. and first aid cse...

din go sentosa today.. decided to hibernate.. very nice to sleep in cold cold aircon.. haha... and my phoone was on silent mode.. so it wasnt able to wake me up also... so i lied on the bed for the whole morning.. until abt 2 plus.. den i got out of bed.. and started to meddle with my tjvb alumni stuff.. started organising the personal particulars... see wat i was short off... and i found out i was actually short of quite a few ppls stuff.. so i sms'd to chase for them... and luckily... i have most of them settle now..

tml morning i will go to tj to find fung to settle e rest of the form and off i go to VAS.. perhaps i shld pay my $30 reg fee for a coach too.. hehe...

just now drove yanli home, den on the way home heard this guy on 93.3fm talking abt falling in love with his god-sis, but now she has a boyfriend, den he like buay song... saying stuff like he wanted to woo her.. but now too late cos she got boyfriend... i hear liaozZ, i was like " come on lor, make up ur mind, lover or sister??" if u love her, can love her, in the position to love her, LOVE her... if u cant love her and made her ur sis, live with it... the next best thing u can do is to take care of her, be around when she need u... not be jealous over her boyfriend... that's ridiculous...

i have many sisters myself.. and i'm not shy to say i love all of them... and i wish the best for them... but if ever they meet someone whom i think is unsuitable... i could only advice... whether she heeds my advice, it's up to her...

today's rotting day again... din do any housework... just played computer games, while rotting time away and watching tv... discovery channel.. haha... nothing very interesting, except this show on a hypothetical alien planet... totally based on the imagination of some scientists, imagining what their probes would see when they reach distant planets light years away... they really do have vivid imagination.. hahaa...

went taka to shop with yanli, and to have dinner... so crowded even though it was monday.. so weird.. haha.. yah... din manage to do any effective shopping... so din buy anything... and i still have my $80 taka voucher from ORD till now... hahaa.. almost 1 yr liaozZ still haven use...

went to watch "a lot like love"... quite a nice show... another one of those simple plot... nice actors... sweet moments.. expected ending show... not bad lar... but not a box office blaster though...

going sentosa tml... going there to rot and tan... and show fats... maybe the sun will burn some away.. haha...

finally got out of bed... i was really really exhausted when i got home today afternoon.... now whole body aching like siaozZ... too much games in too short a time..

yesterday went down to tj for vball bbq... suppose to be a gathering for all the vball ppl.. young and old... but most of the old ones cannot make it... yah... dunno is really busy or not.. hahaa... nowadays ppl always so busy...

we went with yanli... so me gotta spend time with her lor... cannot let her be bored mahzZ.. hehee... play basketball, play tennis, play vball... her favourite is playing with the cats.. haha... tj got so many cats nowadays.. some are very cute.. but they very scared of us.. so cannot get close... haha..

i brought my basketball cos i staying overnite in sch den suday morning can go basketball at fengshan cc direct... think my basket ball quite on form for these few days... haha.. can do alot of funny things... a lot of weird pattern all come out.. hahaa.. and most of my shots went in the basket... haha.. quite shuang... really shuang when u become the starplayer of the court... that's pretty much the standard i was playing at today and yesterday... very shuang... hahaa... the kind of feeling where ppl knows u are good and pass the ball to u, knowing u can make the shot and score... shiok... but better than just the feeling is to actually be able to do it.. shiok shiok.. haha...

yah.. yesterday was having bbq.. but din eat much only ate 3 chix wings, a few satay... 5 hotdogs... a mouth of beehoon... drank a lot of water lar.. hahaa.. most of the food finished... but left a huge bag of Otar... which we finished it while watching movie...

we watched movie inthe video room thru-out the nite... watched "a series of unfortunate events", "cursed" and "alone in the dark"... den i toasted the otar in the oven and everyone ate it.. cos everyone was hungry in the nite.. haha.. even went to play basketball in the dark during halftime.. haha... weifeng is a very fun gal... somemore very onzZ... she got hungry middle of the nite.. den went to look around for food.. look very comical... hahaa..

we went for breakfast in the morning at the hawker opposite.. all ate from the HE LI nasi lemak.. except weifeng... she only ate you tiao... hahaa... somemore last nite seem mumbling abt being hungry.. haha... i rush to yanli's house to shit after breakfast.. haha.. made it in the nick of time.. hahaa.. forgot abt shitting yesterday... den after breakfast feeling immediately come.. haha..

yah.. want fengshan to play basketball after that... super sleepy at first.. den shooting all air balls.. haha... but after warmed up den the feeling is back... haha... felt like i was the king of the court.. hhaa... LIKE only.. haha... played till 1pm... den went to meet yanli at central... i was like a zombie by den... den poor yanli has to drag me home.. haha... reach home... ate lunch.. den slept til 9plus.. haha...

today's a day for rotting... stayed at home the whole day in fron of my tv in the same position until my back ache.. haha.. any longer i'll attain TV nirvana.. hahaa... playing my old old CM4 at the same time... yah... kindda wasting time i know... so i took a break in between and vacuumed the WHOLE house... every corner.. including the top of wardrobes... yah.. den i resume my TV nirvana till dinner time... hahaa...

went to watch war of the worlds... been hearing abt this story since i was young.. but i've never read the book b4.. so this is the first time i have seen the whole story... interesting plot... interesting ending.. quite duhzZ actually... actually i think this is the show that inspired shows like "mars attacks" and "evolution"... all abt alien attack and how man are so defenseless against them and yet the invaders can be defeated with such simple means... okay "mars attack" is total crap lar... those who have watched that shld know wat i mean... well... yah... so we dun have to worry abt aliens?? hmmm...

so much for "we come in peace" duhzZ...

went to give jiaqin tuition for the first time in a long long time... still no change.. lesson start liaozZ but she stilll dreaming in her own world... totally dunno what she is thinking... in class never listen.. i explain to her den she just yes yes yes... check with her den she totally dunno.. no heart to learn at all... so teach 1 hr only i fed up.. ask her go read her text book first.. other day den i continue to teach... i dun want to teach someone who doesnt know anything at all... haizZ...

went NTU to play frenly match... supposed to reach there at 630... but when i reached at 720 only got 6 ppl... just enough to start playing.. lost the first set... den came 4 more pple... won the next 2 sets. lost the 4.. and the fifth set ended at 20-20 cos the light off liaozZ... yah... we din play too well... it's just their attack was totally misfiring all the way... yah... our attack still not powerful enough...

went down to NUS to make payment for my hostel application.. but before that i made a trip down to PLAB.. wanted to see if i could defer my ICT in september by showing them watever i have from NUS... yah.. ended up to be a waste of time... cos i could not defer it... not till i matriculate.. irritating... waste my time... anyways... i went NUS with kelly... drove to NUS... just to make a 3min payment... like a bit waste time also... haha... din want to waste our trip all the way down to the west... so i decided to go holland village... was there on sunday but din have the chance to walk around... so this was officially my second time there only.. so went to walk around with kelly.. the place really filled with lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and such... we ended up at gelare, cos it's tuesday, waffles day!! haha... very long never eat liaozZ... still nice... the seats there quite cosy got a lot of big big cushions... and the waffles there like cheaper den normal... haha.. basically it's nice lar... hahaa...

today's monday.. monday's like KTV & KBOX day.. haha... went to parkway kbox again.. hahaa... met up with jass and wanyang at parkway for lunch before ktv... yupzZ.. ate at parkway food court.. cos lazy to choose.. i ate my fav duck rice.. cheap and nice.. haha.. jass got jured to the mango sale again.. diaozZ rite?? haha.. me and wanyang walked around ourselves... by the time we came back.. kelly was at the mango sale too.. the lure is unbeatable.. haha.. saw kelly's elder sister, her niece and her mum... her elder sis only 3 yrs older den me and she still looks real young... but got kid liaozZ.. hahaa.. her niece very cute.. big big big eyes.. but she like very scared of us.. haha.. no wonder kelly likes her niece so much...

k.. so the 4 of us went to kbox first.... initially they gave us a small room.. we wanted to change to a bigger one but they say wait till the rest of us come den change... so once esther came we change to a bigger room.. and we got the same room as we went to last monday.. haha.. so qiao rite?? kaiyu came to join us at around 340pm... yah... think they mixed around quite well lar... yupzZ... think they also quite impressed with his singing.. hahaa... wait till he hears this.. haha.. and wanyang.. i think he has a knack for oldies... he's really good at it... he has a voice for oldies too.. wanyang, kaiyu & esther all left early...

ending singing around 9 plus... with only jass kelly and me.. we were like singing till our voices turned hoarse.. hahaa.. jialat.. den that jasmine really happily carried out her mayday concert.. haha.. but nvm.. her singing's nice... k.. so the 3 of us went to mos burger for dinner.... i ate 2 burgers again!! this is bad.. haha...

today's a sporty day... hahaa... morning... 9am.. i was at fengshan cc playing basketball with zhangjun, zip & co... din really played well... shooting quite dogged... only like 5% of my shots went in... like sai... but quite a good workout lor... play more often hope can improve... drove to play basketball... cos no one using the car so i use lor... was drizzling a little... after bball.. went to pick yanli up cos we going to find grandfather for lunch... went to pick mummy & keli after yanli... mummy kept whinning on why are we so late... haizZ.. alwys liddat one... hahaa..

pick grandfather... went to holland V to eat... there got lots of food to eat... but really very very hard to find parking space.. i dropped them there while i went to look for parking.. went round & round the carpaks for almost 45mins... den i gave up... i went to a nearby multi-storey carpark to park... top floor somemore cos most of the lots are already taken up... k... we went to this western seafood restaurant called crustacean... service not bad... food also quite nice... the steak was quite well done... i ordered medium rare... and it was perfectly done... i've tasted so many failures... hahaa... yah.. den i also order seafood bisque... super super super super think seafood soup.. the taste was ultra strong & heavy.. haha... almost couldnt stand it.. den ordered this drink... it's a banana and chocolate shake... think it's a protein shake... not bad lar... but very CoLd!!! bRaInFrEeZzZZzzzeee!! hahaa..

after sending grandfather home.. i drove home.. i needed a rest... while keli and mummy went shopping.. haha.. yah.. slept till 5 den dear woke me up.. cos me going bedok cc to play badminton with kaiyu & co... hahaa... got 6 of us there... not bad lar.. but i think i was quite off also... din really play well... but also shuang... haha.. went to eat BK for dinner... mushroom swiss whopper... yupzZ... it's huge.. hahaa.. and it has mushrooms... hahaa.. yumzZ....

today's mainly spent at orchard road... but in the early afternnon we were at bras basah cos keli wanted to get her eyes checked... and mummy supposingly has this fren working at bras basah.. but then the place was just so crowded so we went for lunch first... went to the food court at the complex... i ate chicken rice AGAIN!! hahaa... it's the victor's chicken... last time used to be at the food court behind the busstop one... after the place got torned down only today den i know it moved there.. hahaa.. liked the fried chicken alot... yumzZ...

went to orchard cos keli having piano lessons at paragon... while me and mummy went shopping aorund... and i bought a jacket from timberland.. and a pair of jeans... quite happy with them... but those cost more den $200 liaozZ.. yah... den mummy went to buy estee lauder cosmetics... guess how much she spent on those?! $300!! OMG!! she still say cheap... kaozZ...

went jack's place for dinner.. the one beside orchard partyworld... my little twin cousins were there with us for dinner.. couldnt stand them... super whinny and crybabies... but they still very cute.. hahaa.. aarrgghhh... ignored them most of the time.. if not sure cannot finish dinner peacefully.. they really attracted quite a lot of attention with they wailings...

after dinner went shopping again... went to buy tie.. cos gotta wear one when i go to instana on the 10th of july... yah... bought 3 for abt $100... not bad lar.. not too striking... some pretty safe colours and designs... i drove home.. and was hit by a huge jam... super sianzZ... a lot of roads are closed... cos of the NDP rehearsal.. everywhere jam... bought durian from geylang.. it's the season again... bought 3 for $20.. not bad.. couldnt finish all.. so still have some on my fridge... any takers?? hahaa... while stocks last..

went to play basketball this morning... suppose to go Tj.. but raining so went to bedok CC instead... lucky no one there.. i booked badminton court for sunday evening.. gonna play badminton with kaiyu & co... yah.. basketball there's only xinwei, joseph & fren... played okay.. very long never play but still quite accurate... yah.. quite tiring.. den got these group os school players wanted to challenge us.. but we were like damn tired.. so just play for fun.. yet they still almost lost to us... haha... still lost though.. after the game we went to the hawker opp tj for chicken rice... very long never eat liaozZ still not bad lar.. hahaa...

suppose to give tuition in the evening... but i was just too tired after basketball.. i could only slack on the bed... haha.. sleep till mummy came back and wanted to go for dinner.. went katong SC for dinner... ate chicken rice again!! hahaa... very shuang.. i love chicken rice.. hahaa...

ha!! finally get can my hands down to blog... wednesday din sleep whole nite... watching dvd... yah... quite shuang lar.. watched a few shows... den had my laptop infront of me while watching.. den i play CM4 at the same time lor.. hahaa... den things started happening around 3plus... kindda shocking... yah.. got sms from someone... yah.. asking me if i was asleep cos some DRUNKARD is msging that someone funny stuff on msn... hahaa... that someone was freak out by the DRUNKARD... the drunkard even called the someone a few times but the someone dare not pick up any of the calls at all... so i call the Drunkard... immediately i know the drunkard is knocked-out-drunk... asked him where he was, he can tell me i dunno... asked him is he drunk he also i dunno... totally lost it liaozZ.. den he hung up on me... well.. the poor someone was just freak out lar... never see the someone like so "lang bei" before... but i was glad that someone turned to me for help... it made me feel good being able to like kindda protect her like a brother... yah... or maybe cos i was just STILL online!! whahaa...

thursday.. after not sleeping for the whole nite.. i managed to drag myself all the way to AMK... met jass on the MRT.. and esther was late! well actually just a little late.. hee.. we were early... very long never take mrt liaozZ... since getting a license i've been going everywhere in a car... only once in a while will take bus... hahaa.. dun rmemever taking only half hr to get to AMK from Aljunied... well... we met up with some of esther's frens at AMK den we took bus to the warehse at AMK ave 3 there... FJ Benjamin... never do stock taking before... and it is such a tedious job.... so just for the experience lor... alot of climbing up and down... opening boxes... counting and RE-counting... well... we worked in pairs... esther was with me... we werent going very fast... hahaa... while jass and another malay gal zaiton or something were like... WOAH!! super fast... this kind of thing do so fast for wat?? hahaa... but den again the slower u go.. the more sianzZ u get.. but overall okay lar... suppose to go for another half a day today one... but dun wanna go... going to play basketball... going to be late... haha... faster faster...

esther left early cos she went to NAS alumni mtg... so me and jass left together.. mummy was picking me up so wanted to give jass a lift home too.. but we waited so long for mummy to come... ended up it was faster for her to bus home instead... hahaa so paiseh... jass>> hoped u had a good dinner last nite...

went to SIN HOI SAN beside the KAtong 5* chicken one... to eat... i dropped of mummy and her fren while i drove to pick dear from UBI... almost had an accident while i drove of from katong there.. i press too much on the accelerator and couldnt turn back in time... almost hit the car in the other lane... mercedes somemore... hahaha... when i came back.. i was like super tired... could barely keep my eyes open... hahaa... no more driving for the nite liaozZ.... had pepper crab for dinner.. quite nice... but very ex $42 for 2 crabs... small one somemore... hahaa... anyway... it was a good dinner lar...

it's hay's bday today... yesterday nite arranged to fung's place to watch dvd den go dinner at 85 market... i did that cos i tot he doesnt have any prog on his bday... but turned out he still has KTV on at nite... so ok lar... anyway attendance for fung's place not good... think too last min den alot of them somehow never get the msg... yah.. in the end i was still first to reach.. den came zhuanzhen.. den zhiwei... den rach & alison, they came with the cake... quite nice.. chocolate cake with a bit of peppermint taste... waited for cuishan to come before going to 85 market for dinner... had bak chor mee, stingray, chicken wings... the usual stuff.. haha... not bad lar... chatted for a while before leaving... hoped he enjoyed his bday..

dear's sick today.. din go work.. went to find her when i woke up... which was abt 2plus.. hehe... den after dinner i bought pork porridge for her... see i so nice rite?? hahaa... so tired... watching dvd as i typed this... my house of fury is cantonese one... trying hard to understand...

just got home... highlight of the day: ma la huo guo @ bugis!!! really hot hot hot!! $10.. my stomach is still burning now... quite shiok but really cannot last long... too hot... my taste buds really getting less extreme... used to be able to take extremem hotness... but jus now... really felt a little unbearable... stomach burning... ass starting to burn after going to the toilet.. hahaa.. but still quite shiok.. hahaa... anyway.. i was there with my 12/00 frens.. xinwei, chengxi, joseph, desmond and shanyi were there... met des & shanyi on the way to the place.. very hard to find parking space.. in the end parked at bugis junction...

peiyi & zoeline joined us after dinner.. den we went to a cafe neardy.. forgot the name of the place... the coffee not bad lar... surroundings not bad... quite cosy... got durian milkshake... got ice cube coffee.. quite interesting lar.. but not cheap... $7-9 per drink... stayed there till quite late.. around 1130pm den leave... very long never see them liaozZ... last time we met up was dec last yr for xmas potluck... so fast 6 mths liaozZ.. very soon i'll be in NUS... for many of them.. they will be in their last yr or graduating liaozZ... so fast...

highlight of the day KTV @ Kbox.. hehe.. yesh KTV again... woke up early in the morning so i could send my mum to work den i can use the car for the rest of the day... yah... went to pick jass and esther at noon to go orchard... went to fill form for stack taking job this thursday... jass was lucky she was there.. so she got the job too... duhzZ... but that means got 1 more ppl pei me & esther on thurs.. after orchard i send jass and esther all the way to NTU to hand in their acceptance to NTU... haven been there in a while... but not bad lar.. din get lost...

drove down to parkway for KTV... waited for kelly to come... den we went for lunch at the hawker before singing... esther and kelly ate the wet wet char kuay tiao... but seems like it has deteriorated liaozZ... or maybe today the chef PMS... too much garlic... overwhelming garlic taste... not good any more...

we got the package from 2 to 7pm.. seems ultra long lar... but nvm... sing till very shiok... weijie came to join us almost an hr into the singing.. yupzZ.. the andy lau started singing and there goes his concert.. haha.. realised jass can actually sing very well... her voice suits landy's song very much.. very nice... and the way she sings really looks really effortless... really impressed... kelly's surprising too... 1. i'm surprised she sings chinese songs. 2. i'm surprised she has a high pitched voice... her voice suits selena quite well... but too bad there's lot's of chinese characters she cant read.. hahaa... super funny lar... she can sing halfway den suddenly "wat's that word?" yah.... overall had a great time singing... we kindda extended our stay at kbox by refusing to leave.. hehee... managed to squeeze more den an hr extra..

weijie went home after ktv... the remaining 4 of us went swensens for dinner... esther and me had baked rice, jass had pasta, kelly had mini burgers... i think the baked rice not bad... but abit too saltish... like baked rice i make myself more.. haha... dessert's more exciting... shared sizzling banana crumble with esther... not bad... but like too sweet liaozZ.. hehee... seems like my taste buds not as extreme as they used to be liaozZ... that's good... and i still think esther is not full.. hahaa... am i rite mei??

went back to tj to play vball today... quite shuang... hay asked me a qn... "what position am i training for in the alumni team"... well i told him i dunno... and that's really the truth... i dunno... i want to be the best spiker, best defender, best setter, best server... but but... that's just a dream... i seriously dunno wat position i shld fit into... well for now... i'm just training to get my basics, reaction time back... and also to sweat it out...

the gals came to play at around 12... i stayed back to join them also but i was really feeling tired... not really playing well... but i think most of them enjoyed themselves.... yah... fun is the most impt thing...

went for lunch with them... by then almost 3pm liaozZ... haha. super late lunch... esther and eileen had pig trotters.. quite tempted to have that also.. hhaa.. but in the end i ordered charsiew + roast duck... quite shuang.. very long never eat liaozZ....

just now i said in the chatroom "i saw 100 hits at my BLOG for today"... i just realised i see wrongly... i saw 184 when it's only 104... hahahaa.... so only around 20 ppl lar... that's the normal number.. hehee.... so paiseh... but really thanks to the ppl who visit me here... i think i dun really know how to express myself when i speak... but here.. i type everythin i have in my mind... and ppl who care will read and learn abt me... today!! todayis JB day... woke up around 9plus almost 10.. cos mum called to tell me she is at polyclinic... ask me if i want fish porridge... hahaa.. sounds a bit no link.. polyclinic-fish porridge... hahaa anyway.. i'm glad she finally went to visit the doctor... she's been coughing since she came back from hainan dao... that's like 3 weeks liaozZ!! she better get better, or else i'll drag her to a specialist... whahaa... kk.. so i had fish porridge for breakfast... rot awhile den went to bugis to meet fung and esther... they expecting to see kelly too.. but poor kelly couldnt come cos her mum's SO worried for her... yah.. so only left with the 3 of us...

we took the express bus to JB.. $2.40.. still remember the time when eileen only paid $1.20 cos the driver tot she primary sch kid!! OMG!! how blind can ppl get?? anyway.. today traffic quite good.. not too crowded.. reach city square in less den an hr... had lunch there... din really eat much cos ate porridge earlier and i wanna save my stomach for dinner... ate hotplate chicken w rice... ate the chicken din really touch the rice... fung paid.. hehe.. walked around at city square.. bought a pouch for my mp3player... S$9.. fake stussy one.. hahaa.. but nvm... can fit my player can liaozZ... we also ate this shaved ice... kindda like the taiwan one.. but not as good lar... not too bad though...

took a cab to holiday plaza... shopped around there for quite some time.. we bought 25 titles altogether... not bad... cant wait for them to come over... den we'll all go fung's place to watch... hahaa.. but sadly a lot of new shows still not out or not clear... sianzZ... spend quite some time at the comic shops too... esther and fung's heaven.. to me it's uncharted waters... we came across this shop that fung said sells comics, but now it sells posters.. very beautiful ones too... really very nice... they are collectibles... very well kepts and framed.. but they cost a bomb too... wish i had the money to buy one...

went to "da ma hua yuan", or taman sri tebrau in malay, for dinner... ate "jiao hua ji", oat prawn, vege, turtle soup, stew ferret and some shellfish called "gong gong" haha... ate till very shuang... dunno if esther was really full.. hahaa.. she looked like she could have more... hahaa.. anyway.. we went back to holiday plaza to buy some titbits to bring back to sg... den went to city square again.. apparently, fung's looking for some comic... i wun know and wun understand so i din ask... hahaa.. we went to eat satay after that... fung ordered from a diff stall from the usual.. the meat is fattier then the usual one.. although more tasty.. but i think the usual one still tastes better.. the meat more tender.. hahaa...

i took more den an hr to type my entry till here... why?? cos i was chatting in msn with the vball ppl... quite shuang... think i seldom say so much in the chat room... hahaa.. shall do that more often... anyway... ppl out there... to me, wanting will be known as fossil a.k.a. hua shi from now on, why?? cos i think she likes to stone, and not just stone.. i used to say weathering as the next stage of stoning.. but i think that's too outdated even more me.. hahaa.. so i chose fossilisation.. haha... so yah... wanting is a fossil a.k.a. hua shi k??!! hahaa....

just came back from ktv not long ago... highlight of the day is ktv... but better start at the beginning of the day which only started like 12 plus almost 1pm.. haha.. that's when dear called to ask me to go for lunch.. cos she and her boos came to a coffeeshop near my place for lunch, so i join them lar... ate sliced fish soup... the fish like no need money one... hahaa..

after lunch i went down to lawyer office to hand a cheque to the lawyer for my mum... owe them for some time liaozZ... the lawyer office very ulu... at the furniture mall at beach road there... walked very far in... irritating.... just for a cheque...

after den came home to rot... till about 6 plus den i finally took a jog on my treadmill.. haha... think too long never run on it... got a lot of funny sound... quite scary.. as if it's going to give way anytime... but heck lar... if give way den means time for a new one... hahaa.. or maybe time to go to the gym downstairs...

k... finally mum drove the car home and i can leave.. i went to bedok first.. to pick up my tao sar piah from penang.. asked alison to get it for me since she was going to penang... initially was still worried if she got the correct thing, cos she like dunno how it shld taste if it's nice... hahaa... but anyway.. it's nice... so THANKS SIS!!

now for the highlight... went to the partyworld at orchard... no diff from other partyworlds.. look almost the same... service the same.. taiwan still puts them to shame... anyway.. that's beside the point... the point is dear and i get to listen to my fren's singing.. this tj classmate of mine, puey yee has wonderful vocals.. i think all of us who has been to the ktv her before would agree with me... she is simply fantastic... whenever she sings, it's as if we were at a live concert.. and mine u, not just any concert... it's a world class act... as for my singing.. though i can reach some high notes but mine voice is boring and simple.. hahaa.. while hers... WOAH!!! idol!! hahaaa... some record company better sign her up fast... dun let this talent go to waste... hahaaa... dun think i'll be able to sleep without putting this down...

just now cooked dinner... with my sis... whipped up quite a spread... quite impressed with myself.. hahaa.. but for those who have experienced my cooking.. it's always a spread.. hahaa...

i think i finally know how my hermit crab died... it was murdered!!! by another hermit crab!!! yesterday i put the empty shell back in the tank... and the murderer tookover the shell!! dumb crab... fight over shells of the same size... haizZ... hope this doesnt happen anymore cos the other 2 crabs still very small dun think they will rouse the murderer's interest... sobzZz...

din buy bowling ball yet... marina got no shop... so other time den go see see look look... went grandma house for dinner... food okay lor...

when i got home i realised one of my hermit crab DIED!!! it was still alive when i left home in the afternoon.. seriously dunno how it died... my sis pulled the crab out of it's shell.. it look kindda disgusting... so yah.. now i only have 3 crabs left.. sobzZ... so much for them being able to last 15 to 30 yrs....

just got home...went tj for vball in the morning... guys alumni training.. first training with only alumni... i asked 2 of my secondary school frens along.. since they know almost all of us in tj... think it's rather hard to control the crowd.. they they are no longer students... so cannot expect them to be guai kia... some will auto... some dilly dally, totally wasting time... today played okay.. played as setter... made a few good plays... but overall i still very lazy to move.. not like last time liddat... must continue to lose weight.. dunno if i lost any in the first place.. cos still eating as usual... gotta go buy a weighing machine... nian han came for today's training... he is totally out of touch... he is now a PC at 3rd guards with means marcus is one of his men... hahaa.. he's now super fit... army has done a lot for him... and he is definitely taller den when he left...

joined nianhan, andre and yishan for lunch at katong.. meiyuan restaurant, selling roasted meat and chicken rice.. always pass by there seeing the crowd.. today finally i'm among the crowded..the food not bad.. rather sinful, quite a lot of fatty meat.. but that's wat makes it nice.. hahaaa... i guess there goes my exercise for the day...

going to meet yanli soon.. gonna go see if there's a suitable bowling ball for me.. hehee... yeah... finally i can get my own bowling ball.. hahaa..

went back to tj for vball in the morning.. 4 new gals came today... 2 from NAS 2 fm Pasir Ris... the 2 from NAS quite good... and the left-hander from PRS also not bad.. she came on wednesday also.. but she wasnt as good as today... i think i have a problem bringing up team spirit... i see the way hay and eileen bring up the team while they are in the game.. while i kindda talk to myself... not encouraging enuff.. well i'm still learning... guess it's not in my nature to be the ultra noisy one.. unless i very high... wanting seems weird today... or rather i think she seems weird since last training... exam stress getting on her?? well.. maybe she was just traumatised by that hornet.... eileen came for training today.. good to see her.. she is still powerful... her short hair very stylo... look like miss ang.. seems like miss ang is her idol.. haha.. cannot blame.. miss ang really very stylo.. somebody please get lihui to study!!!

drove to tj.. drove around today.. kindda tired... came home to rest awhile before going to pick yanli and send my sis to plaza sing for guitar lessons... saw wang jian fu and fiona xie there.. they filming the "hao she er ren zu" quite lame... apple hung was there too she she quite short.. hahaa.. wang jian fu abt my height.. hahaa..

ate at this japanese restaurant at PS... shld be a co-company of fiesta.. the food quite normal.. not fantastic.. but good enough for me and yanli.. and most imptly.. mum's paying.. haha...

went back to tj for training today.. so long never play ball liaozZ.. pretty sucky... but it was great to see everyone... most of us still having a little post-taiwan blues... hehee... think some of them saw the scandalous pic of choonfu and isa... if they cannot take it... I APOLOGISE... but just one word from anyone and i'll take off the pic immediately... k.. back to training... had a lot of fun playing... trials for the sec 4s... not outstanding... but i see a few prospects lar... very happy to see all of them also... esp the yr 2s... vos this shld be one of the few times they will be back for vball... studies up and coming...

went to cut hair at pointers after vball... fell asleep while cutting.. luckily my hair still looks okay... slightly shorter on the sides cos the were irritating my ears...

did a bit of running in school... cannot make it... but it's a start... continue to exercise tml...

it's been a few days since i'm back.. doing nothing much at home.. but i've not been eating much (compared to my usual standards lar)... my aim is to lose at least 10kgs before NUS starts... yah that will be my aim... hahaa... anyway for pple who dun know yet... i've up all my photos at my fotopic website... can follow my link on the lefthand side to the pics... happy viewing... going back to tj tml... fung say got some trials.. dunno trial guys or gals... but will be back lar...

had been back for a day liaozZ... and now i'm finally in front of my comp... typing my blog while i arrange my pics... i have lot of photos to arrange... it's a good thing... hehee... the trip had been fun... spent my bday there... unforgetable experience they have given me.. taiwanese have given me a very good impression... i've met many frenly pple and their service attitude has really put us to shame...

first day, we reached in the early afternoon... waited a long long time for our bus to arrive... we hung around at the airport for almost 2 hours before the pink "pin guan" bus came... we were quite happy with the bus.. it was huge and spacious... although it wasnt really new but it was good enough i guess... i din hear anyone complain.. hahaa.. first nite we went to a nite market near NTU (National Taiwan Uni)... din buy anything that nite... just walk walk see see... some of them had their first taste of local food.. like chou dou fu... i warn you, it's nice... nothing much for the first day... went back to the hostel quite early den started playing games... played mahjong initially with shengli, choonfu and ben... bad idea.. lost money... not that enjoyable also... after that played hay's version of heart-attack.. it's very fun... wanted to join them while i was still playing mahjong cos it really looked fun... realised my was reaction was ultra slow cos i always lost... played thru the nite cos next morning going to hualien... gonna take 8hrs of bus...

the journey was long and torturous... my head was spinning most of the time... but thanks to my "wu hua guo" i managed to survive and was able to enjoy the beautiful scenary along the way... hualien is literally cool... and i din bring a single warm clothe at all... dinner there was at a local stall... not too hygenic but i think not many of us bother about that... bought rice wine to try... rather disappointing... hahaa... played mahjong at nite again... although i won... i still find it boring... luckily no more for the next few days... also becos of mahjong i missed the nite walk that some of them went on... guess i miss a lot of fun on that one...

after one night at the hostel at hualien, we took another 8 hrs ride back to taipei... but this time we made a detour to "ye liu" where we visited the legendary rocks... i was there before... so i was a partial guide to them... that nite was more exciting... went to "hua xi" street.. haven been there before... it feels kindda like hongkong.. a lot of shops selling tonic soups and providing foot massages... fung, kaiyang and me ate an interesting snake tonic... it consists of snake soup, glass each of snake blood, snake bile and snake poison... not that bad.. they all just taste like tonic wine that's all... nothing too scary... but really felt hot after the "cuisine"... walked around the area and we found HERMIT CRABS... i bought 4... pretty active... hahaa. and they are now alive and kicking in front of my tv... whahaaa... my sis and yanli are pretty excited about them.. hahaa... it was ms ang's bday and we could only hastily get a tub of ice-cream as present for her... but i think she's happy with the surprise... hahaa... made her drink quite a lot of jim bean also.. hahaa... the yr 2 gals came to our room that nite... din really know why... guess they din want to be on the 4th floor alone... so i shared bed with bryan... haha and i survived his snores... ahhaa

woke up rather early cos i was freezing... esp after i bathed... so i went to the lobby area there where there's no aircon... we went to "wu fen pu" that morning, not the place for me.. i'm really not there to buy clothes... so went with fung to "guang hua shang chang" taiwan's version of sim lim sq... the stuff there really cheap... so i bought my mp3 player there... 1 GB with almost every function u can think of for only S$200... yah.. fung bought more stuff there... he really is go there to pack himself with electronics one... went to Taipei Main Station to look at train schedules cos we may be taking it to go somewhere further... but in the end din materialise cos dunno where to go... hahaa.. den it was nite liaozZ... off to shilin we went... and here comes my super big fried chicken... hahaa... bought 2 singles and 2 tshirts there.. quite cheap so still ok... ate a lot of stuff... after awhile i was walking alone liaozZ... den i saw jass, she told me she couldnt find ZZ... den came rach and alison saying the same thing... so we walked around looking for her... den saw hay... he got into the search too... everyone's anxious abt losing her... somehow i was still relax.. still stight-seeing.. not that i'm not worried she may look a little naive... but i believe she's better that how she looks... definitely smart enuff to take care of herself... i stopped to buy some fruits while the others continue the search... after buying the fruits i tried to ctach up with the search party and i saw ZZ at the next bend... hahaa.. wat a joke... while they were looking so high and low... she just appeared in front of me after i bought some fruits... hahaa.. i said there was nothing to worry rite?? hahaaa... felt EARTHQUAKE close to midnite... scary feeling... first u get a dizzy feeling... den things starting becoming wavy, including the walls, bed and doors... unlike wat we always see in movies where things go jerky... scary!! guess i was quite calm... when we evacuated to the lobby... it seems like we are the only ones who evacuated... but i really discourage their indifference... if something worst was to come... will they be able to leave in time? i believe we could be the only one in safe grounds...

<02/06>
this morning we took the MRT all the way to e end station at "Dan Shui" it's a port... we went to the famous "yu ren ma tou" interesting place... nice scenary.. took a lot photos there... there was this bunch of kindergarten kids who turned up... and the yr 1s just went gaga over them.. haa.. kids going crazy over kids.. hahaa.. wat a sight.. hahaa... after that went to "dan shui lao jie" to buy "tie dan" bought a lot of it... hahaa... also ate the local speciality "ah gei"... on the way back on the MRT.. there was this kid.. very active.. very cute.. and he's simply crazy abt choonfu.. hahaa.. he even chose choonfu over this parents... hahaa.. went to KTV... kindda lost at first cos din know how it works over there... but after a while got used to it liaozZ.. sang a lot of songs.. cos i kept hogging onto the mike.. hahaa... think the service there is very good... much better den in singapore... almost the same price as in singapore... yah.. sang till 11plus before going back to the hostel... i got into a cosy position and i fell sleep quite early...

it's my bday... but i wasnt expecting anything much except some handshakes and greetings cos i was hoping at least some ppl remembered... it was a free and easy day... so we went to bookshop area near "xing guang san yue"... but i wasnt interested in books so i walked to "ximenting" from there... ron and shengli followed me... so we walked around.. but the 2 of them felt sick and tired soon and went back to the hostel themselves first... while i waited for the rest to come to ximenting.. brought jass to go buy posters while the rest continued shopping... me and jass went to see see look look at the arcade and we saw a super accurate hoop shooter... and we took a vid of him strutting his skills.. super zai... we went to a cafe that has swinging chairs for a bite... nice place... order some cakes and they sang birthday song for me... i was happy... really touched... as the day creeps away i tot i would have spent my bday with on some greetings... shopping has not ended.. went back to NTU nite market there... to shop again... hay finally bought the gifts he wanna get... while i got a shoe bag... alison's the cute one, she wanted to buy a pants but she din have enough money so she called me to help her.. hahaa.. super funny... but i was glad she called me for help... she's always a sister to me... we went back to the hostel after that... i bought noodles from 7eleven for supper... and was packing my stuff on my bed when everyone walked in with a birthday cake... i was super touched... it's been years since i had pple celebrate my bday with me... hay got me 2 vball books... i like them very much cos there's a lot of pictures.. hahaa... i just wanna say thanks to everyone for giving me this memory... for making my bday more den ordinary...

last day... wanted to take a lot of photos with everyone... but somehow it din materialise also... really wanted to take photo with everyone but it seems like not many of them were interested... yah.... that's the end of the trip... a week just past liddat... like quite sad... but i had fun...
