den me and lisi were still deciding where to go for food... finally decided on chomp chomp... jio'd hay and PS... went to their place to pick them up... made my way there quite easily... yah... but made quite a mess on my way to chomp chomp.. but still got there somehow... dinner was great... quite a lot of food... couldnt really try everything there yet.. cos full liaozZ... we went bendemeer for hay to pick of a fish tank.... den we decided to go NUS to watch vball... Temasek Hall vs King Edward 7.... Temasek Hall won.... not really the underdaugs but they din really have any star players.. they played pretty well as a team... met quite a few ppl there... realise there is quite a lot of familiar faces in NUS.. looking forward to go there i guess... maybe i shld have been there already... but i've already made my decision.. stick to it den... i'll be there in August... but still haven decide where to stay.... Sheares?? Temasek?? Kent Ridge?? hmmmm.. or Eusoff??? watever.. still to early to decide... drove hay, PS, qingwen and Lisi back home after the matches... but soon dear got tired.. so we went to drive around... feels good driving around at night.... we drove to mount faber... our first time there... no wonder thats a lover's spot... we saw lots of couples there.. hahaa.. the view there quite nice... one side's a harbourview, the other side's city view... yah.. nice place.. but it's a long & dark way up... creepy feeling... yuckzZ... hahaa..

woke up really early today.. 530am.. drove to airport to pick mum up... smooth driving all the way.. hahaa... after dropping mum at home, i drove to work... parked my car in front of long johns there... i tot it was free parking cos sunday.. but when i came down from work.. got one ticket there liaozZ!!! aarrgghhh!!

all in all it was a really eventful 4 days of driving for me... conquered the expressways, vertical parking, parallel parking... orchard.. geylang... changi airport... i scratched my car.. got fined... wat more can i ask for... as long as the big accidents stay away from me... i'm quite confident they will.. i'm a safe driver... hahaaa.... used up $50 of petrol liaozZ... any mum's helping me pay the fine.. wat to do?? i'm now facing a personal state of bankruptcy...

left out something yesterday actually, me and yanli were at funan looking for dinner... but in the end din really work out... den we were at the posb bank there depositing cash... den there was this indian lady behind us who was like desperately trying to get help to do some transactions... there was this young chinese lady and guy in front of her... den they were like giving her directions and stuff.. so i kpo just listen lor... den finally i realised they dun really know the features of the cash deposit machine... they dunno u can deposit money into other ppls acc... so i told the auntie it can be done.. she asked me to show her how to do it.. i stood bbesid eher while she did her transaction.. den when she successfully did it.. she was so happy and so gratefully.. she kept saying "thank you", "god bless you", "you are a wonderful person" that knd of things... until i also paiseh.. hehee.. but hear liaozZ very shuang... haha.... den finally she even said "it's very hard to see nice ppl in singapore anymore".. both me and yanli only had one conclusion... she was damn suay... hehee...

PS din like them thou.. hehee.. and as usual my mei cleared the table.. hehee... thanks mei.. all in all i think i expended half the fuel tank.. hahaa... think that about $20 of petrol... so not bad lar...

today's the happiest day i've ever had for the past few years... today i made the greatest achievement... i passed my driving... although din pass with flying colors but i passed... in fact i did really badly for the test today.. i sucked the moment i started the engine.. i moved off without releasing my handbrakes... engine stalled dunno how many times... one of them somemore in the middle of a cross junction... red light liaozZ... haizZ... but lucky for me the tester somehow let me pass... he disregarded all the little mistakes i made.. and i scraped thru... remember this tester... CHANG ENG KIAT.... just drive normally.. and u'll be fine... trust me...

today i drove yanli home personally.. drove my mum's car... auto car.. really easy to drive... now i wonder why i take manual test.. haha.. anyway.. it really feels good to be able to drive ur gf home personally... no more taxis... taxis are ridiculous... reckless drivers.. hahaa... i'll be going to airport sunday morning to pick my mum back.. she went shanghai for holiday.. hehee..i'm so nice..

haven been at the national stadium for a long long time... the last time i was there was for SAF day... boring evening... somemore super heavy rain.. everyone was soaked.. but still gotta be there.. okay back to tiger cup.. the atmosphere at the stadium was fantastic... really felt the atmosphere... the boos and the cheers.. the endless kallang roars and waves... a pity this is the last major activity for this historical stadium... too bad i've never had the chance to experience national day there... must be overwhelming...

the soccer game itself was rather boring... i have one conclusion to make... singapore plays boring football... singaporeans are lazy.. they do not run and support their front men.. and defenders like to watch and stare.. all they do is pump the ball up front and hope for a lucky bounce... suxX.. but sometimes pretty football doesnt win matches.. but i gotta praise the foreign imports.. they seem to be the only ones working hard for singapore... thanks....

had an interesting new yr's eve actually... went to marina for dinner.. with yanli, hay, wanyang, rachel, clarise and to my surprise.. alison too... steamboat & bbq... food aint too fantastic.. but still acceptable lar.. $12/pax actually wanted to choose another restaurant one with more food variety... but that one we finally went looks a little more hygenic.. dear's idea.. hahaa.. hay was super late... expected though... when we were halfway into our food.. he was still at home.. rubbish rite??

we met up with ZZ at somerset mrt after dinner.. she brought a little gal along.. baoyi, age 4, really shy... best of all ZZ really looked like a young mother bringing her kid out.. and hay seemed like the father... hahaa.. happy family.. plan was actually to go find tickets for movie.. but my bet was tickets would unavailable... and i was rite!! i was glad to see ZZ... but she couldnt stay late.. so she was like with us for almost an hr.. den had to leave liaozZ... oh yah... the kid seems to like dear... she only allowed her to carry her and bring her around other den ZZ... hahaa..

after ZZ & kid left.. we walked to plaza sing to look for tics again.. still not avail.. i already said gotta book tic liaozZ... no one believe... no one wanna plan for program also... haizZ.. am i to blame for not taking initiative??

finally, finally.. all came to my place for wine & tv... watched some old stephen chow show.. laff laff laff... den alison found an edison film and she was stucked... she was real cute... ice wine was really nice... no wonder it's called dessert wine... it's really sweet... best after meals... den we also had red wine... red wine aint really that nice... i heated up some satay for them too... that was surprisingly well received.. hehee... now that u ppl have already eaten them.. it's leftover from xmas!!! hehee.. oh yah... rachel had her share of merci chocs too... think she liked it...

clarise was the first to knock out... most were KO'd halfway thru the edison show... only alison was going strong... her prince charming wat... haha... finally all KO'd except wanyang.. heard he drank wine and read storybook thru'out the nite... impressive... anyway.. he seldom has the chance to stay out...

most of us woke up only around 9plus... den we went for dimsum breakfast... den the gathering finally ended... kindda sad that lisi could not come... her laughter will definitely do good.. hehee...
